The Anglican Church on Hamilton Street in Riverstone has worked with Biara Grove on a joint venture to create both land and houses for the church but also given an opportunity to create house and land packages for customers. The partnership has allowed an added value for the church and their land, the increase in profits will help facilitate construction of four homes and the church building. This outcome would not have been able to be achieved without the joint venture.

The consequent venture will begin contruction in late 2016.
